Lexause let a long sigh escape before turning his attention back to the crying boy on his bed. This was the first time he had ever seen his best friend cry before. The two boys had been inseparable since grade school and only two weeks ago Zexion had asked his crush, who he thought the world revolved around, to go out with him.

Sora sat and watched as the sun slowly started to set. What point did it have waiting for someone who you knew wasn't going to come? Sora hated Ruki for making him wait, no he hated Ruki for telling him that he had a surprise for him when he clearly wouldn't show at all.
